• Category Awards – $750 each, to the best hat entry and the best hair entry in each category.
   
• Finalists Awards - $250.00, awarded at the judges discretion 
   
• Student/Apprentice Design Awards - Prize value $500 each to the best hat entry
  and the best hair entry from all student/apprentice entries.
   
• First Time Entrants Awards - Prize value $500 each to the best hat entry and the
  best hair entry (any category) by a first time entrant.
   
• Technical Workmanship Awards - Prize value $500 each to a hat entry and a hair
  entry (any category) recognising excellence in design construction.
